The stories of our lives are like books of Mica, layered tales that over time tell us who we are. Sometimes the way to shift your future is to sort through the chapters from the past and find the ones that no longer fit the trajectory or arc of the life that you are creating. Think of each story as a thin sheet which is flimsy by itself but becomes solid and structured when stacked with the other stories of your life. This is why it is important to make sure that all of your stories are accurate, that they fit who you are, what you want, and where you are going. Most importantly it is exceptionally important at this time to make sure that those stories are all YOURS (not written by others) and that they are TRUE.
