Usui Reiki Level 1

Taught in the tradition of Usui Reiki, Reiki Level One students will receive a Reiki Level One Attunement, learn the history and lineage of Usui Reiki, learn the hand positions to perform a Reiki healing session for self, learn how to perform a complete Reiki healing session on others, and receive a Reiki Level One Certificate.

As a triple Grand Reiki Master in the Usui, Karuna, and Aromatherapy Reiki traditions, I take a very thorough and comprehensive approach to all of my offered Reiki trainings. I want to encourage my students to develop and foster a Reiki relationship that will be a lifelong relationship with the Reiki energy as their constant companion.

Reiki has practical applications which can be used in daily life to ease stress, treat illness, and improve the energy in your immediate environment(s) in order to improve and enhance overall well being.

Regular Reiki practice and/or sessions increase life force energy! You do not have to be a healing professional in order to learn from or benefit from this class or bringing Reiki into your life! Reiki is life changing and is SO very valuable and helpful, especially during these challenging times!

This class is a combination of instructional and experiential learning, with a large focus on table work.
