You're a living, self-sourcing process that's bigger than you and yet intimately nourishes you so that you can dream, vision, create, and innovate. This is you being in process (and progress). And it's through these cycles of process (and progress) that you can being to really figure out how to navigate a world that isn't set up in your favor: by turning your attention to creating a different one. We're in process and that process doesn't always have to stem from a "teaching." But it does have to be honored. This is necessary so that you can become fortified. So that you can remember. This is a process of how you care for yourself, how you nourish and nurture yourself. This is so that you're able to stay present to yourself, for yourself, for longer. It's how you tune in to the rhythm of your personal frequency. It's how you tend to what it is that you are truly longing for. This is also to allow you to become curious and remain forever curious about your deep longings. It's how you feel less need to meet societal requirements and instead become a walking, talking invitation for society to meet you exactly where you are without your needing to bend and shape yourself into something societally "acceptable" and or "likeable." It's a process (and progress). But it is a process (and progress) that is SO very worth it. It is how you obtain true freedom and liberate yourself from the societal ties that bind. What could be more worthy than committing to your process (and progress) than that?!
