Authenticate Your Integrity

Our Divine Download for May 8, 2026 is Integrity from the Mary Queen of Angels Oracle Cards with the message "I trust my ability to know what is true for me." Integrity is really vastly more simple than we tend to make it. Integrity is all about living in alignment with the spiritual truth of who we are and what does and doesn't work for us. Where people tend to get tripped up is thinking that it will always be comfortable to live an integral life. It usually isn't. Because most people simply aren't, simply don't. And you can absolutely tell. Making choices that are in alignment with your spiritual truth and your spiritual path is easy. Acting on them gets a lil bit trickier. Defending those choices and those decisions to those who don't live in integrity or act from a place of integrity is more difficult still. But ultimately would you rather be uncomfortable for a few moments so that you can live in alignment or would you rather be perfectly comfortable and not know or honor who you truly are and what you are truly meant to do? Sometimes integrity is the proverbial devil in the details. This is suggested within the word itself: inte-GRITY. It's the knitty gritty, those seemingly small details that tend to make or break whether or not anyone is truly actively exercising and embodying integrity. For example, if you are a health conscious, naturally minded person, but you are using cosmetics and products that are tested on animals and contain many chemicals and toxic additives, that isn't honoring the integrity of your own belief system. And that always shows. People may not know the specifics, the how's and why's that it feels as though others are not aligned with their own integrity, but they will feel it. And it is a terrible feeling that tends to repell people. So be mindful of all of the choices that you make in your life. Make sure that they all feel right to you. Be willing to be self-aware enough to make conscious choices - that is one of the most important steps on the path towards living a truly integral life.
