Our Divine Download for January 30, 2024 is Kane/Life-force energy from the Goddesses, Gods & Guardians Oracle Cards. Life force energy is within us and all around us. We need to be mindful right now that we are all connected and we need to tap into different means to feed and balance our life-force energy right now. Those things that have worked for us to do so in the past might not work as well for us now because we are in an ascension process and we are all working on a spiritual glow-up. It is more important for us now than ever to monitor our own life-force energy and not allow ourselves to become run down to the extent that we may have in the past. It is also more important for us now than ever to really tune into and connect to the life-force energy that is all around us. There is SO much life force energy available to us through Mother Earth herself and it is so very important for us to be in and interact with nature right now, yes, even when it is cold outside (where there's a will there's a way and it doesn't have to be an all day type thing!) It is especially important for us to interact with the life-force energy through water right now, so make sure that you're drinking enough water, but also be mindful even when you shower or bathe that you are interacting with the life sustaining life-force element of the water energy and that will not only help you to be in the flow, but it will help cleanse you of all of the icky sticky stuck shit that you may be carrying with you from the past four years.
