Clear The Way To Your Peace

Our Divine Download for May 26, 2025 is Zhou Xuanjing/Mystic of Peace from The Divine Feminine Oracle. Her message for us is "I am peace. When my mind is clear, the way is clear." There are certainly a lot of messages this week guiding us to get right with ourselves, and to get our minds cleared out and turn our thinkers off and allow the glow of our soul to guide us to where we need and want to go. The path of peace is through clearing your mind and surrendering to your intuition and Zhou Xuanjing will help us do just that. First, we have to tackle the thinking peace. When you find yourself spinning on the hamster wheel of your own thoughts, engaging in overthinking, even stinkin' thinkin', or thinking something to death, that is your big red flag that you've got to do something in order to get control over your monkey mind. Your choices are to take an action, or to feel and process an emotion. The action that you take can be as simple as taking a deep demonstrative cleansing breath and blowing away those pesky repetitive thoughts. Feeling and processing an emotion also does not have to be the super hard or tedious process that we often believe it to be. It can be as simple as acknowledging that you feel a certain way and giving yourself the grace and space to sit with that emotion for a while, until it starts to dissipate. If you're angry, yell, stomp, scream, rip or break something (something of yours, not something that belongs to someone else, and preferably something that you no longer need or want). If you're sad, allow yourself to be sad. Cry if you need to. Listen to a sad song. Watch a sad show or a movie. Take a sea salt bath and allow the sea salt to balance your emotions. Don't stigmatize what you are feeling or how you are experiencing your emotions. Your emotions are there to guide you. They're a part of the human experience, but they don't need to define us. They tend to define us when we don't process them, but store them and think about them on repeat. Take whatever action you need to take and process whatever emotions you need to in order to allow you to find your peace.
