Our Divine Download for December 30 is Let Go from the Magical Message With the Fairies with the message "As you surrender the need to control, your relaxed energy rapidly attracts your desires." We have had two messages about control two days in a row. Hmmmmmm..... Seemingly this is an important concept and an imperative directive for us as we close out 2021. Surrender is another one of those concepts which is often misunderstood and which sort of gets a bum rap. This is in part because surrender is both a noun and a verb. As a verb surrender is defined as "cease resistance to an enemy or opponent and submit to their authority" and that doesn't really seem like a good time or something that we would willingly want to do. However, as a noun, surrender is defined as "the action of surrendering." WE get to take action. We have a choice about how and what we surrender. We have a choice about how long we remain in a state of surrender. It is ALL about us! And that can be pretty damn empowering. It's not about giving up. It's not about losing. It's about us choosing an action which will allow us to let go, lighten our load, and be in a better, more connected state of flow with the universe. Now that doesn't sound so bad, does it?! As we close our the last two days of 2021, take a look at your life and take an inventory of what you could surrender. What can you let go of? What can you set down? What do you not wish to carry into 2022? When we surrender and let go of those things that are not working for us and did not work for us this year, we make space and open the doors to rapidly and magically attract what we do want in 2022. Now that sounds like an action worth taking!
