Enjoy Your Integration

Our Divine Download for January 19, 2026 is Integration from the Healing the Inner Child Oracle. We are smack dab in one of the greatest and most profound integration periods we've ever been in as the Year of the Snake continues to wind down and we prepare for the Year of the Fire Horse arriving in about a month. The assignment of the Year of the Snake was to shed all that does not or no longer serves us, just like a shake shedding it's skin. Not dissimilarly to a butterfly emerging from a cocoon, when a snake sheds its skin, it is a lengthy, and uncomfortable process and the Snake sheds slowly and sequentially, taking its time and allowing itself time to rest and recover. The Year of the Snake is not over, and there may still be more to shed. Just like the snake, shedding is a perpetual process, not a one and done activity, so there may be additional layers still left to shed. In the meantime, we are in a period of integration where we are have to become acquainted with the new version of ourselves and our new way of being so that when the Fire Horse arrives we are ready to sprint ahead and take meaningful action. We cannot purge and simply go about our daily lives and then pivot into action. Rather, we need time. We need rest. We need to give ourselves grace and space. We need to accept ourselves where we are within the shedding and integration process, knowing that we are exactly where we are meant to be right now and that we cannot rush our own process any more than the snake can rush the shedding of its skin. When we fight against this necessary time for integration, we actually delay our integration, our healing, and our forward movement and momentum. So settle in and be okay with where you are. Take this time to prepare for what's to come, knowing that everything up to this point has paved the way for your inevitable success..
