Our Divine Download for May 15, 2022 is Kali/Shadow from the Legendary Ladies Goddess Deck. Kali is the Hindu goddess of destruction and she comes to us now to ask us to face our shadow selves, those things lurking underneath the surface or on the periphery of our self consciousness which may be blocking or even disrupting what you are trying to do, the changes that you are trying to make, and even your incoming abundance right now. Facing those aspects of yourself, those that cause us to self-sabotage and doubt our divine right life path, purpose, and experience, is the only way forward. We are at a point in our lives where we cannot go back from where we have come, and part of the shadow self which may be overshadowing our current situation or forward movement and progress may be that part of our ego that always tries to convince us that we are doomed to stay stuck in repeating cycles of past challenge, difficult, mistakes, and failure. But this simply isn't possible for us any longer because we are no longer the same people that we were when we went through those past experiences. Kali will help us embrace those shadow parts of ourselves, including our ego, so that we can truly be free from fear. Kali is so often misunderstood and even judged harshly or inappropriately labeled as "bad" or considered "scary." In reality, she is the ultimate Mama Bear figure and she will fiercely protect her cubs that she cares for and loves so very deeply. She is just as fiercely protective of us and our progress and wants to help us tear to shreds and stomp out anything that is keeping us from the blissful, joyous lives of which we are so very deserving.
