Guard Your Energy

Our Divine Download for April 20, 2026 is Guardian from the Gentle Wisdom of the Faerie Realms. You are being put on notice to the fact that you have extra Divine protection right now. If you have been worried, if you have been waiting for the other shoe to drop (spoiler alert: it isn't going to. There are no more shoes. There will be no more dropping. This time it's different!), if you have been feeling unsafe in the literal or proverbial darkness, this is why you have extra Divine protection available to you right now. This is your reassurance from the universe that you are protected, divinely protected, and that you are a precious child of the divine who is meant to do great things. In order for you to be able to do the great things that you are meant to do, you need to be protected to allow you the space in which to get those things done. You are also being asked to step into the role of your own personal guardian by protecting your energy from anything that may weigh it down or funk it up. Do you have a regular protective practice for your energy? There are lots of different ways to practice good energetic hygiene as your own personal energy guardian. The first and most important is to be mindful of the energies around you and how you feel. Do not ingest or participate with those energies that make you feel drained or on the defense. Choose what you ingest and what you allow to have the potential to affect your energy system wisely. Ground yourself because that is when you are your most powerful and your most protected. Shield yourself, any time you have to leave the sanctity of your home, or whenever you have harsh interactions with people, or have interactions where you do not feel energetically safe. Wear protective crystals (not black crystals if you can avoid them as they have minute magnetic properties that actually attract what you are attempting to repel). Have energetic cleansing rituals like dry brushing or salt baths in place so that you can clear and cleanse your energy to help keep your whole system as protected as possible. Spirit will provide you extra Divine protection, but you are also being called on to do your part and to take the necessary action steps to protect your energy.
