Heal Yourself Through Purification

Our Divine Download for September 16, 2026 is Purification (Cleansing Energy, Releasing Emotions, Tapping into Flow) from The Empath's Healing Oracle. This card calls you to embody the healer for yourself through purification. The human body is composed mostly of water, which holds the memory of your past experiences and emotions. This builds up over your life, creating a foundational vibration within your body. As you heal, you must hold space for the past two release somatically from your body. This can come in the form of shaking, moving, vocalizing, or mindful breathing. Intentionally cleaning with water, imagining the old energy washing away, can also be powerful after a deep release. Purification clears out old blocks and creates space fo updated beliefs and energies to take hold. Hope, compassion, joy, and the true self can finally glow. However, it is not a process that can be forced. The human body will let go only when it is ready to let go; listen to your body and work through the layers as they arise. As you purify your energy, the right way to process on your spiritual journey will become clear. You will need to let go of your old self (as it's ready) and update your identity to match your new beliefs. Listen to your deeper self to know what is healthy for you. You may be pushed to embody concepts such as love, forgiveness, and gratitude, but the path of positivity is not the only option. Embodying emotions like healthy anger enables you to fight for justice. Sadness can create beautiful are. Embrace your individual nature instead of striving to be what others deem "perfect." As you're healing, old wounds often become more prominent. Healing is not linear. Healing is never linear. Part of the purification that you are being called to embrace and embody is to broaden your view to see where your wounds may be keeping you from seeing the truth.
