It's Not That Deep

Our Divine Download for October 9, 2026 is The universe goes on from the Memento Mori Cards to Embrace Life. So here's the thing: the universe isn't telling you to get over it  necessarily, but it is telling you to get on with it. It's time to move. Because the universe goes on. No matter what happens. No matter how bad it seems, or how dire the situation, or how difficult the circumstances, the universe goes on. No matter how deep the loss or how complex the trauma, the universe goes on. As it absolutely should. We may feel like we are permanently changed, and perhaps we are. We may feel as though we've lost a part of ourselves that we can never get back, and that may very well be true. We may even feel as though a part of us has died, and it likely has. But, we are only one person on a planet with 8.3 BILLION other people, so in the universe's eyes it's just not that deep. To further put that into perspective, we are also only one person on a planet with 8.3 billion people in one solar system in one galaxy, in an infinite universe full of infinite solar systems and galaxies. Which is why the universe goes on, regardless of what happens to one inhabitant. We are being encouraged with this card to do what we have to do to process our stuff, but not to allow it to define us or to become the proverbial death of us. It happened. You're allowed to feel a certain kind of way about that. But you are being nudged to process those feelings and note end up like our friend pictured on this card, rotting away stuck in your stuff, allowing it to be the death of you. Or the joy in your life that is your birthrite. The universe has your back. It isn't minimizing your experience, but it is shedding light on the potential of maximizing something that was never meant to keep you stuck. Life is lived to be learned from, and you are denying yourself that learning opportunity by freezing in the space and place of your experiences. When you don't learn from past experiences, and you don't move on, or move at all, the universe will provide you additional learning opportunities. You will not like the additional learning opportunities that the universe provides you. Guaranteed. So pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and focus on doing what you need to do with a growth mindset (and ensure that it actually gets DONE) and get moving. There are better things meant to occupy your inner depths.

Karuna Reiki can help you to process and integrate your past experiences without having to sit in them or stay stuck in that space. Schedule Your Karuna Reiki Session TODAY: Book Your Session HERE!
