Nurture Yourself Now

Our Divine Download for March 17, 2026 is Ceres/Nurture from the Starcodes Astro Oracle. Ceres is a dwarf planet (though some label her an asteroid) between Mars and Jupiter named after Ceres, the Roman Goddess of the harvest, food, earthly fertility, and the mother of Proserpina, the Goddess of the spring. This is a call to action from the supreme nurturer to mother and be mothered. Nurture and cultivate what you are growing, whether it's the harvest from the earth, a child (literal, metaphorical, or fur baby). Real love can sometimes mean tough love when it is necessary to do what is best for a loved one even if they hate you for it. Love and nurture your own body with healthy, whole foods, and be mindful of consumption making it a communion with the Earth and that which nurtures you, rather than a mindless activity that you barely notice that you are doing on the run. Take time to feel the Earth beneath your feet, holding you, loving you through hard times, and nurturing you in all ways. Let this abundance flow through you to others. Advocate for those who are weaker, vulnerable, or dependent. Protect that which you are growing to harvest until it is ready to be harvested and shared with the world. Nurture yourself biggest, boldest, baddest, and best, and tune into yourself body, mind, and spirit, and really identify (and be willing to exercise) what it means to nurture yourself and what you need in all ways. Revisit those who have nurtured you in the past and ascertain if there is value in reintroducing reciprocal nurturance at this time. If you do not take the time and the necessary actions to nurture yourself in all ways, you will not reap the rewards you are intending from your forthcoming harvest. In order for you to be strong enough and whole enough to enjoy a successful and bountiful harvest, you much nurture yourself to ensure that you will be strong enough when harvest time is upon you. You cannot nurture on part of your life, or even some select parts of yourself, and expect a successful harvest as balanced nurturing for a balanced life is a prerequisite for a successful harvest. This might mean that it is time to lean into nurturing yourself in ways and areas that you had previously leaned out of or away from due to discomfort, or even perceived discomfort. Ceres puts you on notice that it's time to lean all the way back into yourself.
