Our Divine Download for August 2, 2023 is Knight of Wands from the Golden Girls Tarot. In other tarot interpretations this would be considered the knight of fire, knight of spring, knight of Archangel Gabriel. The suit of wands is all about action, all about fire. The knights in tarot are often considered the speed of the matter, and as you can see the knight of wands is going to move pretty quickly because his horse is reared up and ready to go. Occasionally this card can also be tied to an emergency or an emergent situation, which doesn't necessarily mean something bad or disastrous is going to happen, and it's really just reminding you that even when things do feel emergent in nature, you don't have to choose to be consumed by the fire, but can still choose to take your time and think about how you want to proceed or what is really in your best interest within the situation. If you have been experiencing any delays pertaining to certain situations in your life, you should consider this card as your official sign that those delays are over and things are about to get moving in a fast and furious kind of way. (But again, you can still remain grounded and do not need to be swept away or knocked off your feet by all of the sudden movement). In a way, the knights can be looked at as cards of timing. This situation didn't move much or at all before because it just wasn't ready to. But now it's definitely ready to rock and roll, so be prepared for those situations in your life that you've been waiting on to start moving and shaking in the best possible way.
