Sharing Is Caring

The imagery on the card, and even the verbiage on the card correspond to the rulership of the 8th house: transformational Pluto and intense fixed water sign Scorpio (though the 8th house is also ruled by fiery Mars as well). The 8th house also has to do with shared resources. How have you been sharing your resources? Have you been sharing your resources? How do you feel about allowing others to share their resources with you? Are you willing to share resources with others? When a card focused on the 8th house shows up, it is often to challenge how we have been doing things when it comes to our shared resources and the beliefs that we may have surrounding them. We've all heard since we were small children that "sharing is caring" but do we allow ourselves the caring that corresponds with the sharing that the 8th house speaks to? When you're out to dinner with friends, is there a big "I've got it!" debate over who picks up the check? This is silly and counter productive. Because when we don't accept the resources that others wish to share with us, we are effectively telling the universe that we are abundant enough in the present moment as is to not need anything from anyone, including the universe itself. And then we wonder why we have challenges to and with our abundance and our prosperity. Are you generous or stingy with the resources that you have to offer in your own life?
