This card states "The fish is the emblem of fortune through stocks; but if distant it foretells failure or disaster." Cancel, clear, and delete that last part - there's no failure or disaster happening here because it simply isn't welcome in our reality. #facts The four of hearts in tarot symbolizes strong emotional stability, and a solid foundation. Very much like you would experience with the good fortune that the fish mentions about stocks. Stocks aren't a quick fix towards long-term financial stability, because most of the time when we think about investing in stocks, we are thinking about the long game. It is when we do things too quickly, and too impulsively, or become too caught up within our own personal emotional storms that we potentially damage the solid foundation that we are otherwise looking to build. So the council of the Four of Hearts is to focus on playing the long game and building that solid foundation in your life physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and materially. The Four of Hearts can also represent changes in business or work, usually those that will help to build that stability in the long term, travel, or moving to a new home (again, this would be a place where you feel emotionally better and can therefore experience a more solid foundation which subsequently makes it easier to build whatever it is you are seeking to build in other areas of your life. There is also a suggestion of the Four of Hearts to focus on intimacy and closeness within your personal relationships (including the relationship that you have with yourself) to help bring stability to the foundations of all that you do and all that you are seeking to build.
