Something Is In The Air...

Our Divine Download for October 6, 2026 is Crow/Messenger/Guide/Protection with the Air Element from the Magic Spells Oracle. Crows are widely considered to be the ultimate messenger, the crow offers protection and guidance to the living as a powerful animal ally. Crows also Bering messages from the spirit realm. Crows bring messages to provide clues as to what will be entering into our lives shortly in the foreseeable future. It is important if you encounter a crow, especially if you are having difficulties or facing challenges, or are at a crossroads in your life, pay attention to what the crow is doing. It is said that when you see a crow eating, it is an indication of your own financial improvement, especially if it stops to look at you while doing so. Crows are incredible allies both in the spirit realm, as well as on the earth plane because crows recognize and remember individual human faces for years, teaching their offspring and neighboring crows to scold specific people who have wronged them. Crows will befriend you and bring you gifts, especially if they like them, or you leave offerings for them to build a reciprocal relationship based on care and trust. When a crow dies, a group gathers nearby; this ritual serves as an investigation to identify and remember local environmental dangers. Because of their reverence for death and social responsibility within their groups, they have also long been believed to be guides that lead the souls of the dead to the afterlife. Crows have a unique call and varying dialects among different regions and among differing types of crows. Their call is nearly instantly recognizable to most humans because as the messengers, they want to get our attention and deliver their messages. Many of the messages that Spirit wants to deliver for us come to us through the element of air and the minions of nature. They key is to pay attention to what all living things, even the elements themselves, are trying to tell us. This card comes up for us today because Spirit has a message for us - are you open to receive?
