Stand Your Ground

Our Divine Download for November 4, 2025 is Seven of Clubs from the Gypsy Witch Fortune Telling Playing Cards. In tarot, the Seven of Clubs would be the Seven of Wands or the Seven of Fire. The card reads "The lilies forecast a happy life; but family sorrow if surrounded by clouds. Lying above the person indicates a virtuous life; but when under indicates immorality." We can see very clearly in this particular deck that the meaning of each individual card shifts drastically depending on its precise placement (which is true of tarot to an extent). This is why we're also focusing on the meaning of the card from a playing card/tarot perspective, given that we are only looking at a single card on any given day. The Seven of Clubs is both a card of defense, as well as a card of offense in that you may need to fight to defend what you have built or achieved, and are being encouraged to do so to protect what is yours, but you also may have to go forth and fight for something or someone whom you value and who is important to you. Either way, these are not fights that you show up to unwillingly or begrudgingly. Rather, they are fights that are natural and that you are engaged and invested in because you are willing to to whatever it takes to protect or achieve that which you are passionate about. If you have felt at all defeated about situations or circumstances in your life, this card is meant to bolster your resolve so that you can stay the course and fight the good fight as long as it takes. If you have been thinking of giving up on a situation, person, or relationship, this is your sign not only not to do so, but to go after what you want, to renew and re-engage your resolve because that very thing that you may have been thinking about giving up on is what is meant for you. In some cases, fighting the good fight is necessary for various reasons, and engaging in that fight whether or be offensively or defensively is necessary for your growth and development. The Seven of Clubs also suggests that in this case (or in these cases) when you stand up and fight for what you want, you will feel in alignment with that energy, and you will very likely be victorious.
