Support Yourself To Receive Support From Others

Our Divine Download for September 14, 2026 is Supported (Community, Loyalty, Supporting the Self & Others) from The Empath's Healing Oracle. This card reminds you that you are supported. As humans, we are not meant to be alone. Receiving the support of others is how humans evolved, and hyper-independence is just as unhealthy as copdependency. In order to achieve a balance, ground within yourself to see what your need and adjust depending on where you are on your journey. Remember not all relationships are equal at all times. It's a societal myth that relationships are meant to be 50/50. In some situations, we must learn on others more and vice versa. This card encourages you to maintain healthy relationships by practicing vulnerable and grounded communication, generosity and accepting the faults in others while maintaining your own healthy boundaries. Not every person must meet your every need or be completely safe. This card asks you to look at your wounds around the relationships in your life. Take your time; many of these hurts can be deep-seated and need love and attention to heal. It is also important to recognize that your relationship with others is reflective of your relationship with yourself. If you don't like what is transpiring in your relationships, look at how you are treating with yourself, and what you may not be recognizing your needs or failing to give to yourself. There is a trinity inherent within all relationships: your relationship with yourself, your relationship with the Divine, and your relationship with others. They are intertwined, but not interchangeable. But they are often very telling because when the wheels come off of one part of the trinity of relationships, the other parts are equally affected. When you are seeking support, turn to the Divine first and foremost and make sure that you are connecting with and checking in with yourself to be sure that you are honoring and meeting your own needs rather than assigning responsibility for your needs to others. This card is reminding you that you have support available to you. But it is not absolving you of the responsibility to seek it when you need it, or to tell others how to best support you at different points in your life. The more you support yourself and root into your own self-awareness, the more connected you are to the Divine, the more supportive you will find all of your relationships to be.
