Take Off Your Cloak To Grow

Our Divine Download for October 23, 2025 is Cloak/Concealment from the Witch’s Wisdom Oracle Cards. Sometimes when we are working on something, it is best to move in silence, especially when it is something important to us, that we have been spiritually tasked to do. Others may not understand what we are doing or why, and they may inadvertently discourage us by trying to protect us from perceived failure, which our own egos will of course run with introducing layers of self-sabotage that we do not need or want to deal with. If you are unsure if you should move in silence, it is probably best to do so until and unless you receive specific and direct guidance to share your work with others. Conversely, what are you keeping to yourself, or what have you been keeping to yourself, wearing as a proverbial cloak that is not serving you? If you have been cloaking or concealing the spiritual truth of your current situation, or struggles, you may have been doing so because you erroneously believed that you were protected by your cloak of silence, but you are denying others the ability to help you, support you, and connect with you. You are forcing yourself into greater depths of isolation which will only support your ego's stance and negative outlook. How's that been working for you? Likely not particularly well. If you have been feeling isolated or alone, really take an honest assessment and get really real with yourself as to how you have contributed to that. What has worked for us in the past isn't necessarily helpful to us at this particular juncture in our lives. Sometimes quite the opposite. Often we are meant to overcome past patterns of isolation, cloaking, or concealment in order to live the lives that we are meant to live and to experience the change that we have long been seeking. It isn't necessarily comfortable to open up to people, or to let them into our experiences, especially when those experiences haven't been easy or fun. But it is in these moments of vulnerability that we usually experience the most growth. Challenge yourself to let someone into the reality of your greatest challenge or vulnerability today.
