Our Divine Download for March 8, 2026 is Leo/Creativity from the Cosmic Magic Oracle. Leo energy is absolutely not subtle energy. Leo is ruled by the sun. Therefore Leo energy is big, bold, bright, creative, warm, and often larger than life. Leo energy shows up for us today because it is asking us to consider what it is we want and need to create in our lives. It is asking you when you last felt creative, or when you last embraced your creativity. Sometimes people misjudge or mislabel creativity and believe that they are not creative because they erroneously believe that you have to paint, draw, sketch, write, compose, sing, sculpt, etc. in order to be creative. The reality is that there is an element of creativity to and in everything that we do. We can also mindfully, intentionally, choose to bring creativity into everything that we do. We dress ourselves creatively. We walk creatively. We talk creatively. We can move creatively. We can cook creatively. We can even eat creatively. There is literally not a single aspect of our lives in which we cannot embrace and express our creativity, when we mindfully choose to do so. Leo is suggesting that we do so right about now! Creativity is tied to our sacral chakra because our sacral chakra houses our reproductive organs and our literal center for creating life. Because of this when we feel stuck, or we are having trouble moving forward, it can be due to a lack of meaningful creative expression. Our sacral chakras are also besties with our throat chakras, so often when we are frustrated with communication, whether that be through what we are unable to say, or what has been said to us, it can also tie into the need for creative expression (this is not to say that you should creatively find a way to tell someone to go take a flying leap lol). Additionally, the broader meaning of this card is asking us to be mindful of what type of life we are creating for ourselves. Are we creating a beautiful, meaningful life that we want and that we love, or are we maybe too focused on other people, or too focused on work (you know what they say about all work and no play...) and effectively neglecting the other areas of our lives? Create a life that you love to live. This is Leo's directive for us.
