Balance Your Self-Care Through Your Expansion

Our Divine Download for August 22, 2025 is Mahavatar Babaji/Soul Expansion from The Keeper Of The Light Oracle with the message "Your consciousness is expanding. You understand the connection between all things." Regardless of where you stand on belief in or understanding of the 3D to 5D Ascension process, the cosmic assignment from the Aries/Libra eclipse axis which hit for the final time this past March (and will therefore be energetically wrapping up in September) was to find the balance of "me vs. we." SO many people misunderstood this assignment! We see it all around us, every single day, any time we step out into the wild. Some of us may even have to deal with those who have or are misunderstanding the assignment in our own homes too. Our consciousness is meant to expand, and there is meant to be a balance, and that balance is very much meant to factor in the needs of other people, both macrocosmically and microcosmically, as well as to factor in the ramifications of our actions and our choices on others, again both those close to us and on a larger scale. We're all familiar with the butterfly effect and how seemingly unrelated actions can have massive, even life changing, catastrophic effects on people, places, and things that are nowhere near us. In the same way, each choice that we make, each action that we take, each thought that we think, each word that we speak absolutely has affects on those around us and even those we do not know. We are being put on notice that in the final exam period for the Aries/Libra eclipse axis, as those energies close out, we are being tasked to be more mindful of the potential effect that our choices can have on others. Yes, we need to prioritize self-care in a way that we have never been asked to do it before, but there is a HUGE difference between self-care and selfishness. How are you towing that particular line? Hint: if your general attitude is "I'm just going to do me and fuck you/fuck off if you don't like it..." you haven't understood the assignment. Ideally your modus operandi should be more along the lines of "I'm going to invest my energy first and most in self-care while nurturing the relationships of those closest to me and striving to be a good person." When your soul is expanding and you are on the ascension path, self-care is not an excuse to be an asshole. It's a means to prioritize your best balance.
