Our Divine Download for February 25, 2023 is Snake/Shedding from the Messages From The Spirits of Nature Oracle. Now I'm going to be very honest here: I HATE snakes with the burning passions of 10,000 suns and was less that thrilled when I drew this card. However, clearly we are be told, and shown, in the most obvious, obnoxious, in-your-face type of way that we are supposed to be shedding something in our lives or some part of ourselves. Chances are this goes a little bit beyond the need for some mere exfoliation. In shedding our skin, we make room to allow for a bigger version of ourselves to exist. Where in the past we have been encompassed and defined by our old skin, we are now ready to wiggle our way free of our self-created bonds that have served their purpose until now. We must free ourselves of physical and emotional entanglements in order for this to happen, and we may require a moment of solitude in order to honor this process on an inner level. This is a time of inevitable transition for you, and though you may have clung to and felt comfortable in your old skin, what is preparing to emerge will still be you, but a you with a greater sense of purpose and a wider and broader connection to the universe and all of the sentience that guides and supports you. Change is never easy, and transformation of this magnitude is unlikely to be easy or comfortable, but it is timely, necessary, and so very important. Trust in the process and lean on and into your Spirit Guides as you embark on this cycle of shedding in order to emerge.
