Create Time & Space To Process The Heaviness In Your Heart

Our Divine Download for October 29, 2025 is Three of Bats from the Halloween Tarot. In other tarot interpretations this would be considered the Three of Air, Three of Swords, Three of Spades, Three of Archangel Michael, or Three of Winter. The Three of Bats is a card of sadness, heartache, and sorrow. It is usually not a card that talks about that in a premonitory way, but rather references the unprocessed emotion that stems from heartbreaks that have already occurred. All to often, we are SO very busy in our every day lives, that when we experience heartache or heartbreak, regardless of the scale or reason, we are simply too busy to sit with it, feel it, deal with it, or integrate it. What happens instead is that we try to "figure it out." As though we are going to be able to think or reason our way through the tough emotions that we are avoiding feeling as we try to think them through. When we learn into acceptance, and just allowing things to be as they are, knowing that we don't always get, and won't always figure out, the reasons why, we can sit with the actual feelings instead of expending so much more time and energy to try to make it make sense. Because our emotions rarely do. Sometimes they just are. You may experience grief, or pain, or heartache, over a news story that you come across, and it may not make sense to you. You don't have to understand why you feel the way that you do in order to feel it. When we don't allow ourselves to feel things in the moment, we end up carrying things with us, and those burdens become heavy and we carry that heaviness in our hearts, and in our minds. When our hearts and our minds are filled with the heaviness that we have shoved down in them, our hearts become closed off and are not as open, and subsequently nor is our intuition, and our already over-active minds become further busy and burdened. Sometimes we have to create time and space in our lives in which to process our emotions, especially our challenging emotions, but when we do so, we ultimately open ourselves up to entire worlds of opportunity.
