Expand Your Love

Our Divine Download for May 17, 2026 is Mary Magdalene from the Mary Magdalene Oracle with the message "Love only expands." This is a beautifully interpretation of the law of attraction. We know from that basic law of attraction that we attract that which we focus on most. In the same way, when we focus on love, as long as we are not focusing on the lack of love, love can (and will) only expand. It just doesn't happen that we love something or someone and we "lose" love or we experience less love when we embrace the true vulnerability of true love. Again, the perceived problems and challenges that come out of failed relationships, when we hear tails of that which has been loved or lost, is due to that never having been true, pure love. True love, pure love, love which can neither be created or destroyed, can only be expanded, and is expansive. Love truly does beget more love, greater love. This is true of pure love, true love, but most of what we hear about, most of what we witness is conditional love. Even in most romantic relationships. In the Princess Bride, Westley says to Buttercup "this is true love, do you think this happens every day?" and I assure you that it does not. It is beautiful, and it is rare, and it is expansive. It will grow with you and when tended properly can infiltrate every area of your life. Which is a beautiful thing. If you have had true love in your life, you have been fortunate to have experienced this. If you suspect that you have experienced true love in your life, regardless of what type of relationship it has been, that you have been blessed and lucky. If you fear that you have had true love and lost it, it is most likely still there, if it was indeed a pure true love. There is no time frame or limit on true love. As Westley also says "death cannot stop true love, all it can do is delay it for a while." If there is a love in your life that you believe was true, and you feel as though you have lost, take this as a sign to revisit that love because if it was indeed pure it is likely waiting on you to grow with it.
