Fear Not.

Our Divine Download for December 2, 2023 is There is Nothing to Fear from the Cherub Angels Cards for Children. So, you know that thing that you're worried about? That thing that you can't let go of? That thing that you can't stop thinking about? Guess what?? It's all for naught. (Pro Tip: it usually is!) Fear is a liar. Fear also stands for "False Evidence Against Reality" or "False Evidence Appearing Real." So what are you worried about? Why are you choosing fear?! Our ego likes to use fear and worry to try to keep us in line. Originally our egos needed to use fear to keep us safe because when we first walked on Mother Earth pretty much EVERYTHING was either actively trying to kill us, or easily could. So our ego's got into the habit of screaming at us "YOU'RE GOING TO DIE!" or "IT'S NOT SAFE!" and we would react accordingly. However, obviously we have come a looooooonnnnnngggggggg way since those early days and not much is actively trying to kill us, or really is likely to on a given day. But our ego has not caught up with our personal or societal evolutions. Our ego uses fear in attempt to keep us safe, but actually the cortisol and adrenaline that are released when we are in a state of fear is not safe for our system. So trust. Trust that you are safe. Trust that everything is going to be A-ok. Trust that your Angels have your back (they do, you know?!) and blow that pesky ego-based fear away as hard and as fast as you possibly can. Because fear truly is a liar.
