Our Divine Download for August 1, 2022 is Ease and Grace from The Angel Guide Oracle. We see the Angel on this card allowing what looks to be like either water or sand flow gently, and easily through their hands. Flow is so key to ease and grace. It is much easier to be in flow when we are not trying to control or understand everything or forcing our will, and it is much easier to accept and promote ease and grace in our lives when we are in the flow of the universe. This is a time of slowing down and allowing things to simply flow like water when a gentle approach will be more rewarding. It may be necessary to have some patience at this time (yeah, I know, I said the p-word). It may help you to see life as a dance so that you can evaluate how you can move with more fluidity and elegance through the situations in your life. Ask yourself and honestly assess where you can slow down. Where can you soften? Where can you breathe? How can you better tap into the universal flow of life that supports and sustains us? What is blocking your flow? We need to allow space and time for the proper and necessary events to occur in our lives. We put SO much unnecessary pressure on ourselves for things to happen in a certain time and in a certain way, and these expectations do not sever us but do cause us to become overwhelmed and exhausted. When you try to force your will, especially when you are in a state of exhaustion or overwhelm, you use up too much energy and use up unnecessary energy which actually hinders your progress at this time and disconnects you from divine timing and universal flow. Know that wherever you are and whatever you are going through, you are in exactly the right place at exactly the right time and that what is for you will not pass you, regardless of time or circumstances. Breathe that in and allow yourself to flow with ease and grace.
