Glow Through What You Grow Through

Our Divine Download for September 6, 2026 is Angel of the Lotus Flowers (Resilience, Purity, Value Out of Difficulty) from the Angels of Nature Oracle Cards. Lotus Flowers are absolutely beautiful and appear to be far more delicate than they actually are. They rise through the muck at the the bottom of the body of water where they are rooted. They actually need the muck to help them to grow and develop as they are meant to and to help them develop the strength that they need in order to last as long as they do. The Angel of the Lotus Flowers is asking you where you can find value and even beauty out of the circumstances that might have been ugly but you persevered and grew through. She is reminding you of your strength and of your resilience so that you can hold those beautiful parts of yourself towards the front of your mind. Lotus Flowers also go through a cleansing of sorts as they rise up through the muck on the bottom of the body of water where they are rooted. By the time they break through the surface of the water, before they flower, there is no muck left. You would never know the depths that they have risen through and washed away by the momentum of their growth trajectory. But that doesn't negate the reality from which they have come. In the same way, we can't possibly know all of the challenging details and mucky places that anyone else has grown through because they aren't displaying their mucky roots either. So don't assume. Don't assume that there isn't much there. Don't assume that it has been washed away. Don't assume that things are exactly as they seem. Because most likely they are not. We live in a world of illusion that is becoming more and more disconnected from reality with the advent of AI. We've long been counseled not to judge books by their covers, but that advice has never been as necessary and profound as it is now. Honor yourself by affirming: I am resilient and aware. I let go of any old dark beliefs and embrace the truth of my power, beauty, and value always.
