Our Divine Download for March 28, 2024 is Heal Yourself To Heal The World from The Healing Spirits Oracle. We can look around and see that we are living in a far from ideal world. But often times we become overwhelmed by the amount of healing the world needs and the dysfunction of the world that feels so abundant and so stiflingly overwhelming. We don't know what to do and we don't know where to start. So then we become paralyzed with possibilities and potential paths and we don't do anything. And that doesn't do much for us or for the world. What's worse, sometimes we become so distracted by what is going on in the world that we forget that our primary focus is on ourselves and our joy, our learning, our growth, our lives. Its like the say on the airplanes: we have to put our own oxygen mask on first before we can help anyone else. So as you focus on taking the best possible care of yourself that you can and healing yourself to the greatest and highest degree that you are currently able to (in all areas of your life) THAT is what you can do most effectively for the world right now. As we heal, and we know better and we do better, it has a ripple effect on the world. In other words the absolute BEST way to heal the world is to focus on healing yourself. It's like the saying goes: be the change that you want to see in the world. In this case it is simply be the healing that you want to see in the world. We've also all heard the concept of as above so below, and as within so without applies here too. Heal, and the rest will follow.
