Honor The Animal Kingdom

Our Divine Download for June 8, 2025 is Animals/Honour the animal kingdom from The Golden Future Oracle. Psssssttttttt! We are not the only ones on Earth. It ins't just us human beings. Nope. We share the planets with millions of different species of plants and animals. Animals are especially important because they are sentient beings, and it is important for us to honor them. We may not necessarily share the same level of sentience, and we may not necessarily communicate in the same way, but they have their own unique wisdom and knowing to share with us. How do you honor something? How do you honor the animal kingdom? Are you comfortable with your level and practice of honoring the animal kingdom or does it need to be tweaked, changed, or leveled up in some way? Most members of the animal kingdom don't think twice about honoring the human kingdom, however undeserved that may be. Not thinking about your own pets, who are honored in their own right, in their own way, but truly, how do you honor the animal kingdom? If you do not currently have practices in place with which to do so, it is time to start. This isn't to say that you have to go volunteer for an animal rescue or shelter, (although if you feel so called, that is a wonderful start!), but it can be as simple as respecting animals in their natural habit and giving them space to live their lives in safe and unthreatened ways. It can be switching it up to catch and release any fish that you catch while fishing if that is a favorite hobby and ensuring that you do so without causing physical damage to the fish. It can be giving thanks in a way that shows respect and reverence for the animals that you consume if you eat meat in your diet, or doing the same with any animal by products if you are vegetarian. In honoring the animal kingdom, it is a powerful way to remind ourselves that we are all connected and to honor the inner-connectedness of all living things.
