It's The Little Things!

Our Divine Download for October 7, 2026 is Magic Coin/Prosperity/Opportunity/Wealth with the Earth Element from the Magic Spells Oracle. Magic coins have long been used to draw in good fortune, and as talismans for protection and prosperity. Magic coins come in many, many forms. Mercury dimes are considered especially lucky, as are Maria Theresa thalers, the latter being a bit harder to come by. There is even an entire school of Chinese magic devoted to the use of coins. In US currency, we tend to overlook coins and even ignore them or discard them. But coins act as a bridge between the abundance of the Earth from which they are forged and our own prosperity which they represent, so it is important to pay appropriate reverence to our coins. Magic coins can be used to activate altar images of wealth deities or any statue of a spiritual ally invoked for financial aid, again acting as that bridge, and a little bit of an offering to show appropriate reverence for the deities or ally you are invoking or calling on. It is said that when you find a coin from the year of your birth (the year is more important than the currency itself), in any currency, any denomination, that it activates personal prosperous magic for you and helps you to call in opportunities and wealth. Should you come across or be gifted a coin from the year of your birth, it is important that you dress it and feed it (whatever that looks like for you in whatever ways you may be intuitively inspired to do so) and keep it in a charm or money bag for prosperity. We can also use coins as a means to communicate with the Earth herself when we speak to the coins and thank the Earth for the materials that created them and their production and all of the other abundance that she provides. In this way, coins are actually symbolic of the abundance of the whole of the Earth and should be honored as such. Sometimes when we change our view towards what appears to be a small or simple object such as magic coins, we also effect greater changes throughout our lives, especially pertaining to our overall abundance. No one ever said that magic had to be big, which is why we're so often encouraged to seek the magic in the little things in life. Because we will absolutely find it there!
