This is a time to reason things out in your cerebral space (without overthinking or getting stuck there) not a time to allow yourself to be driven or guided by your emotions. Step into your role as a leader with confidence. It is also safe for you to get expert help to make key decisions. We are an interdependent species and society, and as such, we cannot be expected to know all of the things about all of the things. Set an example through your actions. It's time to be real with yourself - and others. It is time to step confidently into the leadership role in your own life rather than allowing yourself to be dictated to or deferring to other people.
