Love You!

Our Divine Download for August 11, 2025 is Name All The Things You Love from the Soul Truth Self-Awareness Card Deck. This is a test. Go ahead. Name all of the things that you love. Rapid fire them off, right now. Take as long as you need. Now, the question of the day: Are you one of them? Did YOU make the list of things that you love? Because you absolutely should have. You should have been at the very tippy top of that list. Because that is where you belong. If you do not love yourself sincerely or deeply enough to have even thought to put yourself on that list, Houston, we have a problem. Like a BIG problem! Because that is the mode that you are acting from. A mode where you aren't even connected to your self love. If you aren't connected to your self love, and you don't consider your self love when you make decisions, when you act, how can you claim to love yourself? Society doesn't do us a whole lot of favors when it comes to normalizing self love because if we walk around declaring "I love myself!" we are labeled conceited or narcissistic. Which is not accurate and nonsense. The other side of this coin is that if you had a hard time coming up with a lengthy list of things that you love, you are possibly denying yourself the joys of being alive and existing in an auto-pilot type of way, and that's no good either. Adopt this mantra for today: "I give myself all the love and attention that I need." Notice what that looks like for you. Notice how that feels for you. And then do the same thing tomorrow. And the next day, and the day after that, and oh, basically all of the days of your life!
