Don't simply accept that something is or is not, ask WHY. Ask HOW. Ask as many questions as you are inspired to ask. Knowledge is power and curiosity paves a fun and interesting path to knowledge and enlightenment. Curiosity also softens circumstances. Rather than feeling like you're going to be trapped in or dealing with a certain situation or dynamic "forever," challenge your curiosity as to how long things will remain as they are before the inevitable change occurs. When we can lean into our curiosity, especially about the circumstances and situations in our lives which feel challenging or uncomfortable, we empower ourselves to extricate ourselves from our current circumstances sooner and with greater ease. One of the simplest curiosities to adopt is "I wonder what this is trying to teach me?" When you demonstrate to the universe that you are willing to acknowledge and accept the lesson, it often becomes much easier to master it and learn from it. Curiosity is actually a super power in the arena of learning. We can learn so much more, we can learn better and faster, when we lean into curiosity rather than buckling under burden, becoming immobile due to indifference, or frozen from fear. If you do find yourself burdened, immobile or frozen, investigate why you feel that way and go you may relieve those feelings and replace those mal-adaptive reactions. Curiosity will not only change your mindset, but when you actively choose to embrace curiosity, it can change your entire existence. In the best possible way.
