Open To Your Most Abundant Life

In order to be our most abundant selves, we first need to be willing to receive, be open to receiving the abundance that the universe has to offer. Many of us unwittingly chase away, refuse, or don't accept the full abundance that is available to us due to past conditioning or even patterning that we may not be aware of. When your friend offers to pay for lunch and you say "No I've got it!" you're telling the universe that you have more than enough and will not accept people paying for your meals. So the universe gives you less of that. When someone asks you if you need help and you say "No, I'm okay" (and you're absolutely not okay) you're telling the universe that you do not need or want help. So the universe gives you less of that. When you do not express gratitude or allow yourself to live in a state of active gratitude for all that you do have, you're telling the universe that you have enough and you would not be grateful, happy, or excited to receive more. So the universe give you less of that. When you stay at a job that you hate or simply doesn't excite you, you're telling the universe that you're content where you are, so no further opportunities come along. When you stay in relationships that no longer serve you and don't feel good to you, you're telling the universe that you want more relationships that no longer serve you or feels good to you. So the universe gives you exactly what you showed it that you want. It's really pretty simple. In order to open to abundance, we first need to notice and appreciate what we do have so that we are grateful and excited to receive more. (And if you don't think you're abundant, go look at the dishes in your sink or the clothes in your laundry hamper!) We need to be open to receiving, including being open to receive abundance that does not show up looking exactly like we wanted it or expected it to look (because the universe will always give us something even better!) We need to be rooted in our derservingness to receive abundance and to live our most abundant lives. We need to be willing to accept prosperity, which may very well mean doing away with some of the autopilot poverty consciousness habits that have been ingrained in both us as well as our ancestors. Our relationship with abundance is healing and evolving right about now. Do yourself a favor and do whatever it takes to facilitate this healing. It will be SO worth it!
