Pause, Reflect, Review

Our Divine Download for March 14, 2025 is Retrograde/Review from the Star Codes Astro Magic Oracle. Retrogrades, particularly Mercury Retrograde (which officially stations retrograde and begins tomorrow folks, though we have been under the incoming retrograde shadow for several weeks), get a bum rap because people do not understand their purpose and their function. As this card so succinctly states, retrogrades are merely periods of review. Retrogrades give us a built in time and space every couple of months (pertaining to Mercury specifically) to pause, reflect, review, and course correct so that we can potentially re-do anything that may need to be re-done. They are built in points of course correction. And it can be ANY part of our course that needs to be corrected, not necessarily just communication, transportation, travel, and electronics (which are usually the areas that get the most lip service or buzz). Mercury also governs our thoughts and our thinking processes, and often that is the biggest area that we may need to course correct. Retrogrades are great times to just slow down a little bit and figure out what is and isn't working in your life, where you might need to review procedures, thoughts, actions, even things as seemingly mundane as edits and decor (re-decorating and re-writing are still RE things!) Retrogrades are however supposed to give us a little reprieve in and amongst our busy lives. While it is a great time to review, and can be a good time to re-do things, it is not necessarily a great time to charge full speed ahead if you have decided that it is necessary for you to do something differently. It is however a wonderful time to make plans for when the particular planet that has you in a period of review is out of retrograde.
