Practice The Positive

Our Divine Download for November 28, 2025 is I Can Feel Positive While Thinking Positive from The Law of Attraction Cards with the message "The longer you stay focused upon what you do not want, the greater and more powerful that thought will become. But if you are sensitive to your emotions and you withdraw your attention from the unwanted very quickly, you will begin to feel better - and you will stop the attraction of the unwanted thing." Negative thoughts, lack mentality, and worries and fear are going to happen. It doesn't matter how much work you've done on yourself, how aligned you are, or how much you do not want to experience anything other than positive thoughts, you will. It's facts. It's life. It's human nature. It's also our ego trying to keep us safe which is its job. Our ego will always be a part of us, we cannot change that. But, we can change what we do with less than desirable thoughts when we experience them. Most of the time we are not connected with, or even aware of our thoughts, and we are down a rabbit hole of pessimism before we even realize that we are not in our positive thinking practice (you'll notice that I said "practice" because we ARE practicing and we are not going to get it right 100% of the time). So awareness is our first step, and our first line of defense against negative thoughts. We need to learn to be aware of our thinking. When we become mindful that maybe we are not thinking as positively as we would like, we can stop, drop, and cancel, clear, delete our way to more positive thoughts. Our thoughts don't have to be over-the-top positive either. If our initial thought was complete gloom and doom, it is unrealistic to think that we can sincerely elevate our thoughts out of that space to a shiny, happy space instantaneously. But we can pick a higher thought, a happier thought, something that is even slightly more in alignment with what we do want. And then we can do it again. And again. And again. And as many times as it takes until we can get ourselves to that place of positivity. It may seem like a lot of work, but once you are aware and practicing, it really isn't. Especially when we consider that our thinking is the difference between things happening for us, rather than to us. It's time to level up your positivity game. It's all happening, just as soon as you accept and allow it to unfold.
