Our Divine Download for January 31, 2023 is Elves/Playfulness from The Sacred Forest Oracle Deck. Yesterday we were reminded that we are here to be in joy. Today we are being gently and lovingly guided to play in order to embrace that joy which is our birth right. What does it mean to you to play at this stage in your life? Do you know? When was the last time that you allowed yourself to play? When was the last time that you prioritized play? If you have not been prioritizing play and/or you aren't sure what it means to you at this stage in your life, it's time to have some fun and figure that out. Each and every single day we should be taking time, and even making time to play. Whatever that means to you, whatever that looks like to you at this stage of your life. Set aside just a few minutes for something that feels fun, or frivolous or jubilant or impish. Set aside time for fun. Set aside time for joy. It's the most important investment that you can make in your self care and your well being right now. It's the most important daily action step that you can take to living a well balanced, guided and connected life. Yes. Play is really, truly that important. It is energy changing. It is life changing. It is absolutely positively life affirming. So what else could possibly be more important than play? We see evidence of play all around us in nature. So let's let that be our cue, our inspiration. Let's prioritize play from this moment forward for the rest of the year and see what kind of magical changes we can make in our lives!
