Our Divine Download for April 28, 2024 is Jade/Wellness from The Crystal Angel Oracle Cards with the message "The recovery of health and wellness is here." So, this is obviously a very positive and a very reassuring card. Whatever you need, and wherever you need it, health and wellness are here for you now. BUT, are you ready, willing, and able to accept it? We subconsciously sabotage ourselves more than a little bit by not being open to receive that which the universe is trying to provide us. PLEASE do not let this be the case when it comes to your own health and wellness! Open your arms as wide as you possibly can, we're talking shoulder blades pressed together in the back, palms in a slightly up-turned (i.e. receptive) position, and declare to the universe out loud "I am open to receive!" Take a breath here, breath out and move away any of the blocks that you may experience to your receptivity, and then declare out loud again "I am open to receive!" One more time, take a breath here, clearing any of those potential blocks, and declare out loud "I am open to receive!" Do this at *least* once a day. If there are specific things that you are feeling challenged receiving, then you can do the same thing following the initial declarative exercise where you declare "I am open to receiving love" or "I am open to receiving support" or "I am open to receiving health." The key of course is you then have to make darn sure that you are in fact open to receive! So any blocks that you may have around health, worthiness, or receptivity, it's time to kick that bs to the curb. You deserve and are so very worthy to be in a state of alignment and perfectly balanced health. You are so very worthy to receive ALL that you ask for! So be open to receive and start asking already!
