Express your gratitude out loud. Ask Spirit for what you want in your life every single day (Every. Single. Day.!!!) Apologize for those things that you need to apologize for. Don't allow your mind, your thoughts, your perception to dictate whether or not your express these important things to the important people in your life. Don't allow your ego to participate uninvited in conversations that have not even happened by creating responses and conversations with those people that haven't actually been had. Most of the time, people are more gracious than you expected them to be when you are willing to apologize, take responsibility for your actions, your choices, your role in certain dynamics. Accountability and responsibility go a long way to mitigating hurt feelings and misunderstandings. But they can't do that if you don't express them. In the same way, don't assume that people know how you feel about them or what you mean to them. They probably don't. And Lord knows their own egos may have them feeling a certain kind of inaccurate way as to how you truly feel about them. Reassurance is always appreciated and often reciprocated. Challenge yourself to express one truth, aloud, to someone in your life each and every day. It will do wonders to clear and balance your own throat chakra, but you will also be amazed as to how it improves the communications that you receive, as well as your relationship dynamics in general.
