Secure Your Sanctuary

Our Divine Download for October 20, 2025 is Witch's Cottage/Security from the Witch’s Wisdom Oracle Cards. It's time to turn our attention to our homes. The physical places within which we dwell. Do you feel secure in your home? If not, why not? What can you do TODAY to enhance your living quarters with a sense of security? Taking that a step further, is your home physically secure? Is it energetically secure? So often we just focus on the tangible, the physical. Chances are that your house has locks on it and possibly even some type of security system making it fairly secure physically. But what about energetically? Especially this time of year when the energies are intense, and there is extra cosmic activity, it is really important to have energetic hygiene practices in place in order to ensure the energetic security of your home. Most of us clean out homes physically. But what about energetically? Spiritually? It can be as simple as setting the intention to cleanse the energy while your are cleaning your physical space. There are also certain crystals that you can add to help bring energetic security to your home. Many Feng Shui practices also help with the security and energetic flow within your home. You don't have to go into full blown ritual mode, or get particularly fancy, or order a bunch of specific tools to ensure the energetic protection of your home (though you can if you wish - you do you!) There are simple tips and tricks that you can do in order to help keep the energy flowing cleanly, clearly, and safely in your home, regardless of what other people may be visiting or delivering to your home, or what energy certain people may be sending in your direction. Your home should be your castle, your sanctuary. If it doesn't feel right to you, if it doesn't feel good to you, then you cannot and will not be as protected in your space as you might otherwise be and this card is putting you on notice that it is time to do something about it.
