Whatever it is you are looking for, whether that be more guidance, confidence, peace, wisdom love, or anything else, it is already yours, it is already inside you, and it has been there all along. When we search outside ourselves, we can become overwhelmed, frustrated, and not good enough. Notice this. When you are experiencing overwhelm, frustration, or feeling inferior to others in any way (or even to your own unrealistic standards and expectations), try to catch yourself. Catch yourself and question without judgement what you are looking for outside of yourself. It is time to go inward to find everything that you seek. All the answers that you need lie within you. They always have. It is simply a matter of you allowing yourself the grace and space to connect with your inner knowing and your inner navigation system. This isn't to say that you know the answer to the question that you have about tax law, or your teen's upcoming driving test, but the inspiration for those answers, the correct path to take with which to obtain them, will come from the inside out. This is true of any problem that we have or challenge that we face. Today's Soul Action is to breathe in your favorite Essential Oil, inhaling deeply into your belly, drop your shoulders and spend some time hanging out with your soul today. Ask for what you need and be ready for the answers. Also be willing to accept that the answers may not come to you in the format that you were expecting. You've got this. You've truly had it all along.
