Our Divine Download for March 30, 2023 is Surrender Your Addictions from the Power of Surrender Oracle Cards. This is never anyone's favorite card because our first thought is usually something defensive along the lines of "I don't have any addictions!" In reality, we all have many addictions. Addictions don't have to be illicit or a-moral in order to be addictions. Coffee is probably one of the biggest addictions that exist in the world and it's perfectly legal absolutely everywhere. Addictions are things that we know are not in alignment with our greatest and highest good, but they have become habitual and therefore are challenging to change, break, or circumvent. Whatever you thought of when you first saw this card is likely your biggest, baddest, boldest addiction and the one that you most need to give up or at least reduce. But you already know that. Heck, you knew that well before you read this because of the mental games that you play with yourself and the energetic way that you feel each and every time you engage with your addiction. We don't have to be geniuses or rocket scientists to figure how what is and isn't good for us. Our bodies, emotions, and auras will do that for us. We simply have to be willing to tune in and listen, and willing to be open to what we hear and which corrective actions we need to take. We also need to be gentle with ourselves and realize that we are all works in progress and that we need to focus on progress not perfection. Focus where you are led to make the divinely inspired changes that you are being guided and directed to make.
