Our Divine Download for September 22, 2026 is Transformation from The Rooted Woman Oracle. "Transformation takes place as a consequence of difficult, testing initiatory experiences which are alchemical in nature. The ancient art of alchemy is centered on the ways in which one thing can be changed into the another, and its goal is to perfect, purify, or profoundly evolve the material in question." To be human means that we're always growing, always transforming, and therefore, we're all alchemists at our core. By allowing ourselves to be transformed we can then in turn bring Transformation into the world. We have to be our own change before we can become the change that we wish to see in the world. In order to change the dominant, stifling, cultural mythology which is failing us and failing our planet, we need to begin by transforming the stories that we choose to live by. In that process, we'll uncover our personal calling, our purpose, and discover the unique gifts that we each bring to the world at this time in our lives. When he have difficulty with transformation, when we struggle to transform, or find it challenging, it is because we have missed the memo that surrender is necessary in this process. We don't need to know what we're transforming into, or where or how we are transforming. We simply need to trust that we are transforming into a better, bolder, badder version of ourselves. We're effectively uplevling. Transformation does often come with growing pains, but it doesn't have to be disabling or all consuming. It can be easier. It is meant to be easier. It can even be enjoyable and fun! Transformation isn't always comfortable as it does require us to stretch and grow, but there are worlds of difference between a little discomfort and a catastrophic experience. We were never meant to stay the same or we would all be laying around in infant-sized bodies with infant-sized intellect and infant-sized emotional intelligence. It is the story that we create surrounding our transformation which makes or breaks our experience. It is that story that outlines our proverbial surrender or suffering. This card invites us to surrender to ourselves and to that profound process of never-ending becoming.
