Sexuality is a gift and not something to be shunned, feared, or that is in any way dirty or wrong. Sexuality provides the means to experience the intimate merging of Divine masculine and Divine Feminine energies. Sexuality is a vessel for the expression of pure love. Sexuality also does not necessarily have anything to do with other people. You need to be rooted into your own divinity in order to be able to healthily merge and exchange energy with your counter part. If you are not comfortable in your own skin, if you are not in touch with the spiritual truth of your own Divine nature, any subsequent expression of your sexuality or exchange of energy through the expression of your sexuality will fall short and feel energetically flat. In many eastern traditions, sexual energy corresponds to the empowerment of the sacral and solar plexus chakras and is meant to empower you and grow your personal power not diminish it. Lessening of your personal power only happens when you share your sexual energy with the world, or with another person without being fully rooted into the truth of your sacred divinity. When you connect with the power of your own sacred divinity, you are meant to build and grown that energy in your sacral and solar plexus chakra and only share it when you have built up enough energy to be shared. Sexuality and expressing pure love it not meant to drain you. If you are not in touch with your Divine masculine or Divine feminine energy (whichever you may relate to), it is time to work on getting in touch with that energy so that you can experience and embody true empowerment through that energy. You are meant to allow this energy to help you move more easily forward. Begin by expression pure love to yourself and for yourself. Only when you master that will you be ready to express it to anyone else.
