You Already Know The Answers That You Seek

Our Divine Download for November 11, 2025 is "Go within" from the Healing Spirits Oracle. It's kind of an energetic jungle out there, just in case you hadn't noticed. We are constantly, constantly being bombarded with an absolutely overwhelming amount of information and stimuli. We all walk around with computers in the palms of our hands or in our pockets, constantly connected to infinite information and other people. That doesn't always leave a whole lot of time or space for us to be with ourselves or even process ALL of the overwhelming information or stimuli that we encounter on a daily basis. We are being guided to make that time and to take it, regularly, daily, because we need it, right now more than ever. There are lots of different ways that you can go within, but it should come as no surprise to you that my favorite, and the Spiritual Action Step that gets recommended for my clients most often is meditation. Meditation is where we take the time and make the space to go within and to connect with ourselves. Somewhere along the line meditation got a bum rap,, and there is an overarching misunderstanding about mediation that you cannot or are not supposed to think when you meditate. Folks, this is essentially impossible, because the only time you will cease to think is when you're dead, and that really should not be a current goal. Meditation is about creating space, and taking time, however that looks for you. Yes, quieting the mind is a part of it. But there is a BIG difference between quieting the mind and turning your thoughts off completely (which again, simply is not possible). But it is possible, and quite beneficial to turn your thoughts down and to choose how much attention you are going to give them for a specific period of time. Some people do better meditating in stillness, in a sitting or lying position, just focusing on their breathing, and narrating their breath whenever their thoughts start to take over or become loud again. Some people find it easier to do moving meditations in which they focus on the exquisite, small aspects to each movement and mentally narrate that when their thoughts become loud or intrusive. There is no right or wrong way to meditate, and you too can go within utilizing this powerful, connective tool.
