Consciously Commit To Your Joy

It's the magical sense that everything is possible. Joy springs from appreciating the gifts within each moment. Joy allows you to attract and create your present and future moments at their highest possible levels." We are meant to be in Joy. We are meant to live in Joy. We are meant to enJOY our lives! Being in Joy and being in the flow state are one in the same. It is hard to flow if we are not in Joy and it is hard to experience Joy when we are not in the flow state. And unfortunately most of us aren't. Not all the time. Not as often as we're meant to be. Ask yourself honestly: what is keeping you from your Joy? Ask yourself honestly: what are you holding onto so tightly that you are not allowing yourself to experience flow state? Are you willing to let it go? Loosen your grip? Set it down? Are you willing to embrace Joy? Are you willing to allow yourself to experience Joy? When you're not feeling particularly joyful and you are feeling weighed down by the drudgery of daily life, far removed from the flow state, it can be difficult to see yourself as the angel on this card, joyously riding a dolphin as she flows through life. And it might not be possible to go from where you are to where to a joyous dolphin-riding flow state in one fell swoop. But you can consciously choose to elevate your joy and your flow state in small increments by focusing on doing one thing, making one choice, choosing one action that will allow you to simply feel a bit better than you do right this second. And then making another similar choice. And another. And another. Keep making those conscious choices to uplevel your current mood, flow state, and Joy experience until you feel better than you did when you started consciously committing to your Joy. This is the way. This is your path towards Joy. This is how you enJoy your life!
