Consult Your Compliments

Our Divine Download for July 6, 2026 is Consult and Expert from the Magical Mermaids and Dolphins Oracle Cards with the message "More information is needed. Contact someone with expertise in this area." Guess what? You don't have to do it all alone! You're not meant to do it all alone. You have unique and wonderful skills. This is true for others as well. Our individual unique skill sets are meant to compliment each other and are meant to be shared. It is not a weakness or a failure to ask for help. As a matter of fact, this is one of the biggest acts of strength and self-awareness that you can demonstrate. We get hung up trying to be fiercely independent, and that can be even more prominent depending on our generation and the environment in which we grew up. But when we refuse to ask for help, when we insist on doing absolutely everything by ourselves all of the time regardless of the others available to help us, we are effectively no different than two year old stubbornly shrieking "I DO IT MYSELF!" Hopefully we're all willing to evolve and mature beyond toddlerism. What problem or challenge have you been trying to navigate or handle on your own that keeps rinsing and repeating because it hasn't been done correctly or thoroughly? What relationship dynamic have you been trying to fix without the input of the other person (the proverbial expert in this example) because you were too afraid, prideful, or stubborn to simply ask and work towards a mutual solution? What have your avoided taking care of or procrastinated on dealing with because you were hell bent on doing it yourself even though it is far outside of your skill set? Which of your projects has delayed or even stalled because you did not seek out more information from someone with expertise in that area? Whatever is is, this card is putting you on notice that it is time to cut the shit as well as the excuses and to get over yourself already and bring in reinforcements so that you can move forward. We are meant to work together. We are meant to compliment each other. Stop denying others their natural ability to compliment you in this way.
