Our Divine Download for December 7, 2022 is Caffeine Free! from the Archangel Raphael Healing Oracle Cards. Well, this is sure not to be a popular one, lol. Caffeine may not be the substance that you need to free yourself from, but make no mistake about it, there is a substance, a food, a drink, a chemical, some addiction, that you absolutely do need to let go of. You may think that it will be the end of days when you do (or at least the end of any sort of good days) but Archangel Raphael lets us know that when we kick this particular habit, we're going to feel like a million bucks and we will have a newfound freedom. If we ask for the support of our Angels, they will help us to give up or stop using the substance in question, or stop engaging in the addictive behavior. Things that we ingest and our diet don't just have to do with the foods we eat, fluids we drink, or substances we use. Rather, our diet is composed of everything that we choose to consume. Who we spend time with, what we spend time on, whether or not we invest our energy on social media, who we talk with, how we text - all of these things are just a few examples of the things that can also make up our diet. Chances are that you already know exactly what you need to free yourself from, and you've probably known for a while. Usually when we get the message to make these types of changes, it isn't subtle, and it'll keep coming in on repeat until we just follow that guidance. Free yourself. Allow yourself to experience life on the other side of this newfound freedom. It's going to be better than you could ever imagine.
