Our Divine Download for May 17, 2025 is The Knight of Wands from The Golden Girls Tarot. In other tarot interpretations, this would be considered the knight of fire, the knight of Archangel Gabriel, the knight of spring. The knights in tarot often reference the speed of , matters and fire is the second fastest moving element, so something is coming in hot for you, and likely happening more quickly than you may have anticipated. And that's okay. Because time isn't real anyway. There can even be an energy of "emergency" (literally or proverbial) to this card, but that comes with the reminder that even in the throws of something that feels emergent in nature or pseudo emergent, you always have the time to pause and think about how you are going to react and what your next move is going to be. You do not need to sit and wait for the other shoe to drop when the Knight of Wands shows up because even in the case of an "emergent" situation, this is still very positive energy and what may initially appear to be an emergency will likely yield very positive results in the end. This is a good card. Whatever is rushing towards you is a positive thing! Your world is not about to be turned upside down (only in the best possible way) or lit on fire. The Knight of Wands can also piggy back off of the energy that we saw yesterday with The Fool and is literally telling you to move your ass. This isn't a time to plan, or think things through, or strategize, or use those excuses to delay you taking relatively immediate action. So if there is anything that you have put off, if there is anything that you have been waiting on for "perfect timing," the Knight of Wands is literally telling you that the time is now. So strap in and prepare for a fast moving ride towards your wildest dreams.
